• Fiber-Trading.Com is focused to create market efficiency by providing faster information to our buyers through a centralized internet textile exchange using flexible and traditional "inquiries" and "offers" matching capabilities.

• To use the site, sellers post the information of the products they offer to sell and/or buyers post the information they inquire to purchase onto the website. Users who are offering/inquiring textile products can perform product search on the website to identify the products they want to buy or sell.

• Once products are identified by the buyers, we offers trade support services to BUYERS to facilitate trade transactions. The services include:

• Handling buyers' Inquiries, and requests for sample swatch, sample yardage, and lab-dip results of the sellers' posted products. Under normal circumstances, the swatches are of 6" X 6" in size for single pattern item or color swatch card for multi-color item.

• Distributing textile product samples to qualified buyers, so that they can touch, feel and see the color and construction before making any purchasing decisions.

• Facilitating price bidding/counter-bidding and confirmation between the buyers and the sellers.

• Once buyers and sellers confirm sales contracts, FiberLink Trading, will coordinate to facilitate the execution of the transaction. Such services include, for instance,

  • Lab test services from the country of origin

  • Expected shipment/delivery date is calculated based on the date the lab-dip results are approved by the buyers.

  • logistics, insurance, and quality assurance.

  • Sending shipment samples to buyers before actual shipment/delivery of finished products from sellers. Physical shipment/delivery of finished products from sellers will only take place if buyers approve the shipment samples.

  • Managing order processing, post-sales payment for buyers and sellers. 
    
    

• Once products are identified by the sellers, we offers trade support services to SELLERS to facilitate trade transactions. The services include:
  
  Sellers post the information of each product they offer to sell into the website database of FiberLink Trading. 
  
  Sellers can either post the information directly online or they can send detailed product information to FiberLink Trading, Inc. for data entry. In both cases, sellers should send sample yardages to FiberLink immediately after they submit product information (via either online or offline channel).
  
  FiberLink coordinates lab-dip results between buyers and sellers. If buyers request lab-dip for make-to-order stock, FiberLink will notify the sellers the requirements specified by the buyers. Once completed, sellers should send lab-dip results to FiberLink who will then forward such results to the buyers.
  
  Once buyers and sellers confirm sales contracts, FiberLink will coordinate with service providers to arrange all required trade support service to facilitate the execution of the transaction. Such services include, for instance,
